THE LEADS IN 6 months with ANGI ADS

(Some are not listed that I remember for a 100% fact were apart of the leads sent to me. The list below is what is currently on my profile page on Angi ads. The Angi ads app is no longer available in the App Store which is another very suspicious thing. I used the app for 4 months and had the app downloaded on my iPhone about 1 week ago ago (early October) before I deleted it because I thought the app was interfering with my network and causing me problems with my payment system on my Apple account.)

That’s  a month of leads Angi charged me for that I couldn’t access. Since my 6month campaign was up. They demanded $1000 before allowing me to start a new campaign which would have cost me another $500 to start. That’s $1500 for two months of only 1 job won.

She noticed that after we took off the siding and drilled holes everywhere. This forced me to do what’s right and take 40% off the price, leaving me with next to no profit. Over an hour away. Went once for estimate and once for work. That’s about 5.5 hours of time and gas money.

( there was another Michael that is no longer listed on Angi’s website that I did speak to. I did an assessment for him and he told me he was going to send me a down payment with a couple days. Then he pushed it back another couple days. Then on the day he said I could pick up the down payment, he suddenly wanted references from previous customers. It was obvious he was yet another scheme to delay me. I told him he can look at my reviews and my pictures of work, plus I was giving him a contract for insurance of his down payment. He said he wasn’t interested in me doing the work anymore.

If I won 50% of these leads I would have made around $60,705!

So that’s at least 54 hours of driving. 

I’d say at least half of those were 1.5 hours away(40.5 hrs). 

So a more accurate number is 

67.5 hours of driving. 

4050 miles of driving. 

Estimating a quarter tank of gas each round trip means about 7 times I had to refill my tank. That’s around $575 of gas on trips that weren’t in my radius. 

Even though my original radius that was suppose to guarantee 7 leads a month inside the original radius was under a hour drive. 

28 leads should have been inside my radius. 

18/71 leads under a 1 hour drive. 

13/18 of those were 👻s

3/18 were contacted. 

1 job won. 

12/71 leads under a 45 minute drive. 

10/71 under a 30 minute drive.

7 leads I did contact and were more than obvious about nor being serious or being a set up. (Basically a very low quality lead. So low they were below a ghost because they wasted my time and some wasted my money) 

16/71 leads contacted and quoted.

6 jobs I got in contact with the homeowner and didn’t close the job. 

10 jobs won 

9/10 jobs took about 2 days of labor each because they were all over an hour away.

Give me 20/71 and I’m sitting around $4500-$5000 per month depending on travel expenses. 

I use to win 75% -90% of my leads on Angi’s list/homeadvisor. So asking to win 25% is not even close to unreasonable. 

There are multiple levels of unfairness to this and I STILL managed to almost get through life while already under CRAZY DISADVANTAGES FROM JAVEN, CHRISTA, MY HAND INJURY AND STELLAR ROOFING!
