2016
Dad and mom become pregnant.
They are excited to be parents and become true partners and teammates in life.
Mom gives up smoking a drinking and the relationship blossoms. The change in mom’s behavior is very noticeable. Dad falls in love with her more than he could ever imagine.
Dad and Mom move into a house for rent from Dad’s Aunt, in the summer.
Both sides of the family help get the house ready for the child.
Child is born in October.
Dad and Mom are in love and are blessed with a perfect baby boy . The child is blessed with two parents who are fully dedicated to him.
Dad works long hours, dedicated to providing for his family.
Mom stays home with child and is the best mom in the world!
Dad finally feels like life makes sense, he makes the child and the mom his entire world and loves on them at every opportunity.
Mom remains sober and the 3 of them have a year full of love and peace. Dad is the happiest he has ever been.
2017
The family has many beautiful memories and moments
Dad gets fired by wrongful termination
November: Dad starts his own sub contracting business and works more than ever
Mom stays home with baby while dad is gone for majority of the day
Mom begins drinking a couple glasses of wine here and there
2018
Mom stays home with child .She slowly begins drinking again socially
Mom and Dad go out together once or twice a month
Mom begins drinking occasionally in the afternoons while home with child
By the time Dad comes home she is buzzed. If dad comes home in afternoon, she typically would do laundry. Going to and from the laundry room and the back patio with her phone for hours as the Dad and Child play in the living room.
The Dad sees this as a need for her to have a break which is understandable but after a while it becomes neglecting to the Dad
Dad pays more attention as Mom becomes less passionate and eventually seems to have no intimate feelings or interest
If Dad comes home really late, Mom immediately takes Child to bed after allowing Dad to see Child for a moment to say goodnight.
Mom and Child begin staying up between 11pm and 1am typically
Dad gets more work and works later to keep schedule
Dad doesn’t have time to text but occasionally looks at phone to see if Mom texted him. There was usually never a text until after Dad had been gone for over 10 hours.
Dad comes home to a more distant partner who continues to do “ laundry” and always has her phone in her hand
Dad has to call mom out on her lack of passion for Mom to force intimacy
They enjoy the nights they go out together once or twice a month but Mom falls asleep on Uber ride home and Dads concern for intimacy is increased
The couple begins to argue . Mom feels pressured , Dad feels neglected
Mom drinks more and gets so drunk she is in coma like state and can’t wake up to child to breast feed
Dad can’t wake mom up either and results to walking up and down the hallway with the child until he falls asleep
Dad starts being very late to work and has to work later to make up for it and to keep on schedule
Dad is distracted and production at work is affected. He loses one of his main work accounts.
Dad tries to tell Mom about these nights and mom tells Dad he is a liar and she thinks he is blaming her for being a bad mom
So Dad records the events a few nights and tries to show Mom. She refuses to watch and begins to hate him. She goes weeks barely talking to him . Dad gets more frustrated, loses more sleep and can’t perform as well at work as he once did
Mom goes out with her friend a few times throughout the year and comes home after 3am every time. She also comes in house so drunk she can barely get through the door and immediately crashes on the couch or the bed. Or she has to be carried in by Dad from the car she arrived in, or after Mom’s friend hands her off to Dad while mom’s friend struggled to get her to the door.
Bars and clubs close at 2am. Dad brings up this point and states that he would feel much better if she came home before 230 am because all the bars and clubs are 15-20 minutes away. The next time she wants to go out again, Dad asks again if she can at least come home by 230am. She says she will but then fails to come home before 3 every time . Most times after 330am.
Dad begins to worry about infidelity. Dad tries to talk to her and is immediately attacked instead of heard.
Mom starts working part time at local restaurant after they notice she is having problems with being alone all day at the house with infant child. It also was to help with bills because of the lost income.
It seems to help both parents but the drinking is at an all time high.
Mom begins to show signs of cheating. She is distant from Dad. She never kisses him and makes sex feel like a chore. To mom this is phenomenal effort to make their relationship work. To Dad it still feels like he isn’t truly cared for or desired. Mom is always on her phone.
Mom’s Snapchat is in the 40k snap range. It shows videos sent to her brothers friend.
Mom sees snaps by her best friend
who has recently broke up with her boyfriend. The snaps and Facebook posts show her best friend hanging out with other girls and having lots of fun. This makes Mom jealous of the other girls and feel tied down to the family life. Mom’s best friend was also apart of a family with a man that loved her and they had an innocent amazing child that got pushed into sudden chaos because of pride and lack of commitment and understanding.
Mom’s friend invited mom out occasionally and mom would go out with her about once or twice every few months.
Every single time mom went out, she came home 3am or later, completely wasted.
Every time mom came home , her friend could barely get mom to the door or Dad would have to carry her from the Uber into the house.
This made Dad worry even more . He would have to wait until the next day to speak to her about these moments. He argued that if everything in their town closes at 2am, why can’t she come home or let him pick her up by 230am. Mom argued with Dad and said he should trust her. She would immediately turn it into Dad having trust issues and their relationship wasn’t going to work because of how he was acting. She sometimes went days without taking to him after dad’s attempts to be understood. His feelings were never genuinely cared for or understood.
Until mom wanted to go again.
Then Dad would reiterate that he trusts mom but when she comes home way past when everything closes AND is THAT drunk and can’t even remember coming home, it is very hard for him. Especially when she is going out with a friend who is single and has had multiple sex partners.
Mom would suddenly act like she understood where he was coming from and told Dad she would come home around 2:30 and promised no later than 3.
Then Mom came home blacked out drunk past 3am . Again and again and again.
Mom would go out with Dad 1-2 times a month and the two would have a blast together when it was just them.
But when mom went out with Dad and his friends, she would pick a fight with dad and use it to walk away. Sometimes she would be missing for over an hour!
Once again, making Dad uneasy and making his mind wander while she expected him to think she was faithful as she showed no signs of passion or commitment.
Before son was born, mom did the same thing to Dad. One time they were at a beach with dad’s friends and ran into one of mom’s friends and two random guys. Mom picked a fight with Dad and then stormed away until she was out of sight. Dad stayed at the fire with his friends and mom never came back . Then dad and his friends went searching for her and found her with her friend and those two guys.
Another time dad set up a limousine party for mom’s b day. Dad’s friends and mom’s friends pitched in for the limo and went club hopping. Mom suddenly came up missing. Mom’s friends and dad’s friends helped dad search for mom for over an hour. The limo came and right before they had no voice but to leave , one of mom’s friends said “ wait one second, let me check one last time “. Moms friend ran down the street until she was out of site. About 3 minutes later she came back with mom. Mom’s story was she was looking for them too. But dad made one of his friends stay at the entrance of the club they were in while he looked for her for 30 minutes straight. Mom claimed she was outside the entrance of that club for a long period of time . Dad explained how that was impossible and why it was impossible. Mom got very upset with dad and for the rest of the night told dad that he ruined her birthday.
Something about the alcohol made mom this way.
Even when she went out with her mom one time to a musical they both liked, she went on a voyage by herself. Mom’s mom told dad about it later. She said mom suddenly came up missing and was found way down the road in the city by herself . She said mom said she was looking for a store to get more beer. Looking for beer at that time at night and at that place in town was very dangerous. Didn’t make dad comfortable on many different levels.
Late 2018
Mom begins coming home from work with her eyes red and glossy. It was different than when she just drank. Mom still drank when she got home but now she was a lot calmer. She was “ in the mood “ when her eyes looked like that too. The chill vibe and passionate mood was AWESOME to dad. But as he continued to see her eyes different he wondered what it was. So Dad questioned her about it while explaining that he loved whatever it was and that he was just curious but mom went to the defensive. She swore he was crazy and said she wasn’t taking any other medicine or drug and attacked dad with accusations of not trusting her and other things completely irrelevant . She asked him “ what you think I’m smoking weed “? Dad told her he didn’t think that . He knew it wasn’t weed because weed made mom paranoid and she wasn’t paranoid. Plus, she didn’t smell like weed at all. Yet one day mom came home fro the store and tossed a weed test kit on Dads lap and said “ still think I’m lying “? This actually made Dad think she was lying even more because he already told her he didn’t think it was weed. So even though dad loved the new mood from mom, the lies made things once again too much to ignore.
This was when mom started to slowly despise dad.
2019
Dad continues to work long hours
Mom slowly increases the average of drinking alcohol to 4-5 days a week.
February
Dad and mom go to dad’s friend 44’s party. Mom picks a fight with dad so dad leaves her be. Mom ends up talking in 44’s garage with dad’s other friend “hypocrite”. He checks back on her and sees her dying laughing . Dad trusts her for the first time because of how strong their relationship became. Mom continued to act like she hated dad for the rest of the night. Dad saw mom staring at hypocrite many times. Dad brought this up to mom and she called dad crazy. Dad brought it up a couple more times at random moments in the next 4 months.
Mom acted like it bothered her so much she might actually walk out the door. Mom told dad that she thinks hypocrite is disgusting and she would NEVER touch him in a million years!
March
Mom and her best friend get ready to go to a concert. The concert didn’t start until 8or9. Yet mom started drinking at 6. Mom got angry at Dad for showing concern about her already drinking and said she would be wasted before she got there. He told her he wouldn’t care as much if she didn’t always come home way past 2am and always come home unable to walk. While she was angry she once again promised she’d be back before 2am. Dad left it alone because he also knew someone is more likely to cheat if the have animosity towards their partner. Mom went out and recorded about 15 videos of her dancing sexually and making sexual faces to the camera while surrounded by a bunch of people.
To Dad’s surprise mom came home at midnight! First time she ever came back before 2am! Mom was angry at her best friend. She told dad it was because her best friend got upset that mom left her alone for 30 minutes. So YET AGAIN mom goes out, gets drunk and ends up missing! Dad tried to ignore it but it’s too much by then. Dad thinks of how every time her and him go out, she falls asleep In The Uber between 2am and 3am on the way home. Mom argues it was dad’s fault because he kept feeding her shots and she was too drunk. But when she went out without dad she came home way more drunk and was able to stay up until 3/4am no problem. Plus she has gone missing for chunks of time in public places over and over and over again ! There is not one thing in all of this that would make a partner feel confident in their other half . Most people would probably leave within weeks and have the need to talk about it. For dad to be immediately struck with aggression and accusations of things made things ridiculously cruel and impossible. Dad found himself incapable of getting to the bottom of something he desperately needed to. The complete disregard for something mom would have left dad for if he did it to her one time, made him lose even more trust. The problem was never solved because mom made it impossible to solve. If dad stood his ground on the matter, mom would literally not speak to dad for weeks, acting like dad did something to her!
MUST READ !!! :
This made Dad realize that mom couldn’t handle being blamed and would go to unreal and unfair extents to avoid any exposure or to take any responsibility. Dad wishes he knew how far she’d go. If he knew then what he knows now, he feels the next 5 years could have played out very much differently and maybe they’d still be a family. This a very huge pointi that people must see. The next 5 years and how Dad claimed to know Mom more than anyone will be understood much more if anyone reading this read everything leading up to this point. It will explain why Dad offered so many crazy scenarios to mom and why Dad never truly exposed mom until now. Sadly , it shows how much Dad really did love Mom and how everything mom accused Dad of now, is completely unfair. The worst thing out of all of this is how Dad was taken advantage of because mom knew he loved her. Dad has been treated like a he was a threat while he actually protected mom’s secrets. He was treated like he was crazy and like mom was a victim while he kept the truth a secret and while he tried relentlessly to get through to her BECAUSE HE KNEW IF SHE KEPT GOING THIS ROUTE HE WOULD ONE DAY HAVE NO CHOUCE BUT TO DO THE ONE THING THAT WOULD MAKE MOM DO SOMETHING SO CRAZY IT WOULD POSSIBLY HURT DAD OR PUT HIM IN JAIL, OR HE WOULD LOSE HER FOREVER! Dad knew things that no one else did for years and kept it a secret. He gave mom tons of options when he was confused and then gave mom tons of options when he found out certain things, Instead of making mom fully aware that he knew. He did these things while being blamed for everything and being labeled the bad guy and nothing was ever accepted. Mom was too focused on coming up with a narrative that would counter the truth had the truth ever came out. She did a very very good job of this and the truth may never really be understood by most people. This is also why Dad said if mom ever moved on with another man, he would immediately show the real truth. Many people now think dad is doing things now out of spite. This is not true. Dad was taking blame he didn’t serve and holding back the truth because he knew it was the only shot his family had and the only shot at what his son requested. Dad was protecting a person who was trying everything she could to destroy him. While he had FACTS and EVIDENCE and she
Used his desperate attempts to not display the evidence against him to create false accusations and manipulated/provoked moments that were not true to who Dad really is . Once son asked dad to go for full custody again, the pressure on dad to work things out with mom became much greater. He knew he had to make something work or he had to get them out of this. Once mom actually had the nerve to move on after destroying Dad’s character and making her son not want to be with her at all, he knew it was time. Dad’s love for mom and his son was actually what made everything worse and worse. Dad should have shut it all down in late 2019.
June 29th
44 had another party that mom once again picked a fight with dad at. Dad’s other friends witnessed it and couldn’t believe how she picked a fight with him out of nowhere. Dad replied “ she does it all the time now, I don’t know why she’s like that”. This really wore on Dad.
Later that night mom took a video of dad and mom. She was suddenly acting cute and being fun. This confused dad but he went with it because all he wanted was he’d and him to have fun and enjoy life.
Days later dad would see that this video was taken to see what hypocrite was doing behind them. Dad plans to show this video at trial.
September 21st
Mother plans an all night drinking night for her bday while dad and son are home.
September 22nd
Mom lists off a bunch of things she doesn’t like about dad the next day. Dad then, out of emotion says “ then leave“.
Mother jumps at her moment of opportunity, telling everyone that dad kicked her out on her bday
Mother leaves while dad’s truck is broken down .
Dad Is suddenly faced with paying all the bills and maintaining a house while having no transportation to get to jobs.
Dad has only half of a week to work because child is 3 and not in school yet.
Dad’s mom helps get the work truck fixed. Dad battles back and pays off bills
Dad finds empty cans of alcohol and convenient store bags at bottom of dirty clothes pile after doing all the laundry. Dad connects the dots why Mom always seemed to be doing the laundry when he got home from work. This makes dad see that the drinking was way worse than he thought.
Son cries every other night. Dad knows there is something more to the story
Dad and mom do everyday drop off of the child. The child has enormous outbursts of anger and sadness when mom comes to take him away from dad and his home.
The child cries , screams and begs to not go. Dad is filled with anger and confusion as mom doesn’t shed one tear.
As these outbursts continue every other day, mom begins to blame the dad for the child not wanting to go with her.
This adds to the already overwhelming emotions that dad was having. It infuriates him to a point that he calls mom out on everything.
Dad is alone/mom has company
But then dad is alone in a house with a dead silence that haunts him and makes him miss his family
Mom doesn’t ever deal with this to this extent because she has her mom and dad with her on the days she doesn’t have child Dad starts trying to figure out mom so he can fix the situation.
Mom provides no insight, no explanation whatsoever other than , “ maybe you shouldn’t kick someone out of their home”
Dad explains that it can’t really be that because they both know he didn’t really kick her out. He states that it has to be something deeper because the child is clearly suffering immensely and she would force it to be this way if it wasn’t because of something else.
Dad then gives in and takes blame. He apologizes but mom doesn’t like the way he apologized.
Dad tries relentlessly to show mom he loves her but mom is relentlessly stubborn. Mom rejects dad’s request to hang out over n over again.
Mom gives in to child wanting to stay with dad countless times. Sometimes giving in for a week straight.
This makes dad reschedule work because he is destroyed inside and feels a huge need to be there for the child.
As the days pass , the child becomes more dependent on dad.
Dad goes back in forth between anger and sadness while mom provides no closure and no help for any chance of working things out.
This is the beginning of dad’s mental struggles and mom’s selfish manipulation. Mom only increases the confusion as the years go by.
Dad regrets not pulling the trigger and going for full custody to help mom at this moment. He thought it was just mom having another stubborn moment. Plus he had no idea a pandemic was right around the corner .
2020
The first moment Dad and Son face adversity together
Dad battles back with work.
February:
Dad spends his last $500 on acquiring liability insurance, workers comp and setting up payroll w Paychex.
March:
Covid hits
Dad and mom still do pick up drop off every other day at mom’s request.
This makes Dad more uneasy because he feels like even when people are scared for their lives and dying, she couldn’t see the bigger picture. Or she just really didn’t care. Or she had a serious addiction problem.
Mom expects dad to not go see his side of the family , yet mom lives with her parents and forces the every other day pick up drop off.
Lockdown
🔹Dad also explains to mom that he is using an old 1998 work truck and needs it to get through a few months of work at least , so he can upgrade.🔹
He explained that if mom came home , it would make sense for mental and physical health, financially and for longevity of being able to provide for their son. The crisis makes Dad see things even deeper and tries to make mom see it too. He offers to even sleep on the couch. Mom says no over and over again. When she is asked why , she has no explanation.
She states that if she could write it down, she thinks she could explain it. Dad reminds her of this a few times in the future but she never does it. The conversation for closure
Or understanding never ends up happening.
Dad eventually didn’t have money for gas to pick up Son every other night. That still wasn’t a good enough reason for mom to come home. She paid $10-$20 a couple times with her free money out of the kindness of her heart so the torture could continue.
April/May:
Mom gets $900 from unemployment. a $600 increase.
Dad waits months to get his and when he finally gets it, it is about 25% of what he was making before covid hit because he is self employed.
Dad borrows money to pay for internet and uses his time to bid on upcoming construction projects and to bond with son.
Trapped in a house with just the two of them , the 1 on 1 time makes the two of them even closer. The once felt “3 of us against the world” becomes more like it’s just the “2 of them”. The more time they spent, the more their relationship became something very special and very unique.
The child wants to stay with Dad even more so than he displayed before covid.
And mom gives in more than ever to the child’s requests to stay with Dad.
This time period is what became a huge problem for mom. It was the true beginning of the child separating from his mother.
Mother blames Dad for child’s increase in displeasure when she comes to get the child. Dad is torn between missing her and the 3 of them together, and then feeling anger for mom’s relentless refusal to see the truth and her increase in false accusations against Dad to block guilt and responsibility.
Mom begins to hate Dad. Dad tries to explain that the child is too young to brainwash and displays patience and assistance to mom picking up the child. Despite Dad’s efforts to help the mom, the child remains unwavering.
This obviousness is ignored by mom which again , increases Dad’s mental wars of confusion and back n forth emotions of feeling sad then angry, supportive then defensive, lost then motivated. Mom shows no change and the patience runs thin, making Dad step up for the child and him. This makes mom and dad argue in front of the child which mom calls out like she is suddenly concerned for the child’s well being and to further imply that Dad is the issue. So Dad eventually resorts to recording the moments mom comes to pick up the child and stops assisting the mom. He occasionally tries to help and occasionally gets lured into another argument because of the every other day toll the traumatic moment occurred.
Summer 2020:
With the lockdown over with, Dad starts a new construction project in Dunkirk NY in late June.
Gc: Calamar construction
Owner: STEL
Contract: $75k ($85k after change orders)
The project was about a 2 hour drive in the old truck Dad had. After the first two times going down it became obvious that Dad was a lot better off staying in Dunkirk for the week.
July-Sept:
Dad still called every night via FaceTime and thought the money from the project would possibly bring the 3 of them back together. He figured it would at least bring his career to the next level so that his son and him would never have to go without again.
The long weeks were very hard on Dad. It made him miss the two of them and the need for him to have his family back became paramount. He would try to show change and show he was sorry to mom and was completely humbled by what they meant to him. He worked like a mad man with the thought of them in his head for the entire summer.
Dad came back every weekend for 1 or 2 days to see son. The moment of reunification between dad and son was always dramatic and it showed that there was never any brainwashing involved. For now mom had the child most of the time but the bond that was built between son and dad was too strong by then. When mom came to get son after the son and dad had 1-2 days together, the son would fight and cry just like before. The two were always closer than most parent/child relationships. But the lockdown took their connection to a whole different galaxy that was so deep that it would become super easy for mom to blame everything on brainwashing.
From 2022 to present time, child related professionals thought and still think for sure that the Dad is brainwashing the child. The guilt deep inside mom made her realest love for the son and dad impossible to connect to. Neither of them would ever feel that from her again and only Dad can remember what it was like. The disconnect by mom because of internal conflict made mom drink more. She gave in to the child l’s requests to stay with Dad and never shed one tear during the countless times her son cried to not go with her. And the only thing that helped her forget about those skeletons was at her parents house. This terrible reality for mom would be something no one could help her with because she kept it a secret and never tried to talk to Dad. The son felt the disconnect unknowingly , even when he was with mom 5 days a week for an entire summer. The mutual feeling that dad and son felt from mom would make both of them need each other more. Especially since both of them didn’t know what they were really feeling and neither really understood it. Even though dad thought guilt was a serious possibility It took Dad years to realize how real it was. Mom would later find her way out of the guilt by pushing dad to a mental place that made it look like dad was the one to blame. She would eventually spread this provoked and misleading reality to almost everyone around her. More on this to come.
Sept:
🔹With over 80% of the project done , Dad still hadn’t received 1 payment. One day, he was on his typical ride home one week and about half way back the truck’s engine died.
He was stranded in Buffalo on William’s st 🤫
No one answered the phone besides Mom. She wasn’t happy about it but she did come and get Dad. 🔹
Sept-Nov:
Finishing the remaining 20% of the project without the big work truck took almost just as long as the first 80%. This was due to inabilities of transporting materials because the big truck was no longer available. Also because Dad had to borrow money just to get to that point and then still had to borrow because the payments that did come continued to come later and later . By the time the year ended, a 4 month project with $45k profit turned into a 7 month nightmare and going negative $35k!
Dad had to spend the late checks he received on paying people back and getting through the next month with a rental truck that was half the size of his old work truck . Every time he was promised the next check would come sooner but Calamar construction would be late on the next payment every single time. This forced dad to borrow again because at that point he had to finish the project or they would have used it as an excuse to not pay him anything. The truck breaking down with 80% left was monumental and overcoming that with the lack of money was impossible to do. Even with dad’s work ethic and top tier motivation to get his family back or get his son and him out of a situation that they didn’t deserve to be in. It came down to dad’s mom’s boyfriend giving him money for a U-Haul to go finish the project and bring make all of his equipment and extra material. In that final week , Dad placed a picture of his son on the trucks dash.
By then it was obvious that mom had no sympathy or interest in anything to do with dad. While dad was going through another enormous battle, he couldn’t help but think back on how he mentioned the wear and tear that the truck was taking for no reason and how it really did cost him later in such an enormous way. Then when he was treated like her picking him up was such a nuisance and then later had it rubbed in face of how she helped him so much, he couldn’t bite his tongue. Dad felt like she once again played a big role in his life and his child’s life being way harder than it should’ve been.
The money dad owed to so many people caused a lot of drama and made him let down a lot of people . The loss of the truck caused 1.5 extra months of work. That’s 1.5 months of a truck rental, hotel fees, gas, loss of other work that could’ve been being made during that time. $2500 for hotels. $4000 for truck rentals. There are many more details that could be broken down to prove this but it shall be spared due to the hope that most will perfectly understand already.
But Mom acted appalled when Dad blamed her for the truck . He knew it wasn’t all of her fault but he knows if she didn’t force the pick up /drop off for 2.5 months, he would have over come Calamar’s disrespect and delays they presented.
These are REAL losses financially during a moment that needed to be successful because of a pandemic that no one had control over . A pandemic that screwed the self employed.
Mom brought up her moment of help to drive all the way to Buffalo to pick up dad , the times she lent him money for gas and the couple of times she dropped son off to dad in 2019 when she left 3 days after dad’s truck broke down the first time . When Dad finally argued his side of things , mom never forgot it . She walked around for weeks like dad did something horrible to her and brought up his ungrateful dad was for her help many times.
This was the beginning of Dad’s once very close relationships falling apart and there being animosity that never existed before . Particularly with dad’s aunt who was also the landlord of the dad’s and son’s home. The home that was once the mom’s too. The home that once had two phenomenal parents and the happiest child to ever step foot on this planet . The home where the front door remained open for her for 5 years.
The more Mom showed her lack of care the more Dad displayed anger because it hurt him.
He thought he was worth some type of effort. Especially when he knew the reason she left wasn’t because of him. But any moments of Dad standing up for himself or the son were added up and never forgotten by Mom. Almost like she was building a profile to help her show everything she went through too. But of course not mentioning what happened before . Not mentioning the countless times she was treated kindly when she did the opposite. Mom used every moment of Dad stating facts that she didn’t like against him to keep acting like she had a reason to be impossible.
5 years with no effort . She recently blamed it all on Dad . Telling him she never gave them one chance and then actually got engaged to another man because Dad wasn’t always nice .
2021
January
Valentine’s Day
Mom didn’t reach out to say happy Valentine’s Day to son or stop by with a gift . But dad and son still stopped by her work with his gift for her, only to see her dolled up like she had plans to go out on a date or go party. This confirmed to dad that she was avoiding them completely to do what was more important . It hurt to see her trying so hard for someone else or for a party night in general . It hurt even more when it was also confirmed that she had more important plans than being there for son. Son said to dad “ she couldn’t even fit him in for a 5 minute stop”? This was BEFORE the first court case. This was how she was and is . Only difference is now that she forces herself to do things that make her look like an innocent loving mother because of court.
March
Dads sister and dads mom tell mom that she needs to stop saying the reason she left was because dad kicked her out. They tell mom it’s obvious she left and bring up the fact that all of her clothes are still at dads house and how they know he’s been trying and that he has apologized many times for anything that was his fault. They tell mom that if she doesn’t want to be with dad be upfront with dad so he can have closure.
March 17th
Mom hangs out with dad at dad’s house. Dad still can’t get mom to go out to dinner or go out and party like they use to .
Mom makes noises like dad is hurting her . This makes it obvious to dad that she is trying to set him up .
October 28th
Mom hangs out with Dad.
Mom sleeps over . The parents decorate the house for Sons birthday the next day.
October 29th
Son wakes up to breakfast n bed and singing happy birthday day by his parents. He then walks out to a blazer maze the parents made for him by use of neon blue string. Together they make his birthday perfect. Dad has his feelings for mom come back and he tries again to make things right. Mom shows him disrespect by giving no glimpse of effort. Dad eventually gets frustrated and says things that mom thinks are mean.
Dad tells mom he is going to take her to court if she doesn’t stop being these ways towards son and dad.
November 2nd
Mom helps dad with work. She denies dad’s request to hang out again. Dad gets even more frustrated.
December 3rd
Dad finds an old video from a party that dad and mom went to that his old friend named hypocrite also went to. In the video it appears that mom and hypocrite got to know each other very well. Dad doesn’t know for sure yet because the video is blurry after having to zoom in where mom and hypocrite were. So dad invites mom out again the same way he has for years . But this time dad invites her to hang out with his old friend hypocrite and makes them both aware that he invited both of them .

Hypocrite sends link to dad. Dad opens the link that showed something funny about uncommitted people these days .
Mom accepts dad’s invite.

Mom tells them how she was up until 4am
watching shows and how she went out in the kitchen to get food.
The parents get the happiest boy in the world the bus. Dad could see the joy in son and could tell he was loving every single second of having a family again. Mom leaves to go to her parents house some time after on a very positive note.
When son gets home he brings up how awesome it was to have mommy back home. Dad agrees and says “ I think we are going to get mommy back “. Son smiles and they enjoy the rest of the day together.
December 10th-12th
Mom goes stone cold .
Dad calls mom to invite her over for a movie.
Mom relplies with a tone of zero care saying “ no”. Dad invites her to do something the next couple of days and the monotone “ no” is mimicked every time. Dad becomes frustrated and eventually goes right back to thinking she played him and that she only came out because of hypocrite.
For the rest of December mom continues to be impossible.
December
Dad tells mom about the video he has that appears to show mom engaged with hypocrite at a party mom and dad went to with dad’s friends
Mom denies it at first but after a while believes dad knows something .
She resorts to claiming she must have been drugged and taken advantage of.
Dad tells her to stop lying and that he knew for a fact she wasn’t drugged because he drove her home and she was walking perfectly fine in the video after the moment between hypocrite and her.
Mom brings up the incident to hypocrite
Hypocrite texts dad saying he is appalled that dad would think he would do something like that . Hypocrite mentions a past scenario in dad’s life in which dad’s childhood friend got dad’s ex girlfriend knocked up. Hypocrite says he would never do something like the other old friend did to dad.
Dad tells hypocrite that mom was saying she must have been drugged. Then how she went back to calling dad a liar after she spoke to hypocrite to see what he said.
Dad says that he might call the cops to make a report because he can see for sure something happened but he can’t make out who the guy is just yet.
Hypocrite falls for the trap and makes it a point to say that “if anyone thinks some druggy rapey stuff is going on , let the cops or whoever know that they have my full cooperation.”

Dads business communications are blocked
Dad signs back up on home advisor. He does good for a few months with a buy in of $500 worth of customer leads. So he doubles it the next month to get double the leads. All of a sudden all of his emails/quotes fail to get to the customers. The communication is blocked and he thinks it’s because of his Gmail having issues with his Apple devices. However the real issue was something that would serve as the evilest thing he’s ever encountered. Someone was hacking his accounts but he didn’t know who. He suspected a shady app called Mico who scammed customers with casino type games online . And of course he suspected mom because of how she went stone cold on him after 3 perfect days from Dec 5th-Dec 7th 2021.

Mom hides her work secrets
Dad goes to mom’s work to see if they could switch days for something dad had planned. Mom hides in the back for 15 minutes.
Dad leaves but thinks maybe she was doing whatever use to make her eyes different and act different before she walked out on them. So he turns around and within 30 seconds mom and 3 of her coworkers have the lights off, doors locked , jackets on, and already headed to their cars. Dad gets out and walks up to mom to see if her eyes look the way they did before and it is confirmed.

Dad finds help from hypocrite’s mom vira.
Vira called dad her third son. Dad always looked out for vira, especially after vira’s husband passed away and hypocrite was too selfish to help her. Vira volunteered to serve mom with the petition.
February
Dad requests for mom’s dad to bring the child out when dad comes to pick up the child. This is where it is believed that mom got her dad involved and where mom really started her false reality. What her dad thought was most important to mom. Once she passed the test of making him think she was a victim… there would be no turning back.
Dad checks his other devices that had very important evidence for child custody. The evidence is gone. Dad had 7 different devices holding those files. NONE of them had the files anymore!
March
A data breach occurs for dad’s phone number and email . “A sensitive source whose identity is protected because of an ongoing investigation”, is all that is said about the breach.

Dad is told that he will be able to show the evidence he still had at trial. Dad relentlessly tries to recover the deleted evidence every single day for the next 5 months. He spends hours every day on the phone with Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. It becomes clear that someone is making sure he doesn’t get it back.
Dad starts screenshotting and screen recording everything.
Dad tries to transfer his evidence related to custody to an sd card but everything there is an unknown error. He sends PD a link to an iCloud folder that PD says he couldn’t get into.

Early November
Discovery day. Dad meets with pd to give his remaining evidence and to learn what mom’s evidence was. Pd’s office is about to close and pd is going on vacation. Dad explains he wasn’t able to transfer all of his evidence to an SD card. PD says he can have someone look into dad’s iCloud if he gives him the password. Dad hesitates.
PD brings up how his office is about close . Thinking pd would communicate with dad through email and text while on vacation, dad lets PD get going. The two take the elevator down and exit the building.
Dad sends emails to PD that have a return message “ on vacation, will return November 14th. Dad realizes that 1 day before trial. He can’t get the rest of mom’s evidence to even prepare by himself.
November 15th
Live to fight another day !
Dad asks PD If they can adjourn because they didn’t have a chance to prepare. PD says the judge won’t allow it.
Trial turns into agreement as dad is scared into going to agreements.
Pd, mom’s lawyer, darki bar and judge foolman all have a meeting for almost an entire hour while mom and dad wait in the lobby . Pd talks to dad afterwards and says “ someone is going to get majority custody , is it worth the risk “? Dad says “ are you saying that it might not be me”? Pd says “ well you never know” . Dad says he found the deleted evidence but couldn’t transfer it, but that he’s willing to hand over his phone as evidence. Pd tells dad the judge doesn’t want to see anything with the child in a video.
So for 9 months Dad searched for this evidence for trail then was told it was too old and the judge doesn’t want to see anything with the child! Making it clear , PD was an advocate for the court and dad knew he couldn’t go to battle with him on his side.
Later a transcript of the hearing would show that the secret meeting was agreed to be held off the record.
November 16th
Dad reports the unfair opportunity to prepare for trial to the grievance committee.
The grievance committee doesn’t get back to him.
December 24th
Mom gives up Christmas morning to get drunk with her family
Son and dad will carry on the tradition of waking up at dad’s mom’s house for Christmas . Before dad’s sister past away dad’s mom already had custody of 2 of dad’s sister’s kids. Dad’s sister would bring over her other 4 kinds while dad and mom brought son and they would all spend the night and celebrate Christmas morning together. This became a chore for mom because she always wanted to keep drinking at her family’s traditional Yahtzee drink part on Christmas Eve.
This Christmas Eve she acted like she was being so awesome that she was giving up Christmas morning so the kids could be together. This is where making dad the bad guy works out perfect for mom’s lifestyle.
Son made a card for dad’s mom for Christmas.
So dad and son drive to mom’s house on the way to dad’s mom’s house to get the card. Believe it or not , dad would’ve called first but his phone was dead and he was rushing after getting clothes and presents together. When they got to mom’s there was a party happening and when mom came to the door she was already drunk at around 9:30pm. She allowed son to go in and get the card but made dad wait outside of course. Son told dad that everyone had a beer in their hands.
So after mom tricked the court into thinking she was a victim and got them all to ignore dads evidence and scare dad into agreements because they thought mom wasn’t that bad and dad was just crazy , the proof comes out 5 weeks later in a very brutal and cruel way! This was a huge eye opener for son.
Let’s say that again . This was a huge eye opener for son ! This was one of many moments that the child put everything together on his own that told him he wasn’t as important to mom as other things. The truth is clear . Mom puts her family in the backseat while her guilt and lifestyle rides shotgun. Blaming dad for everything is a way she can continue to not be apart of things whenever she feels like it.
Keep in mind that son wants to be with dad because he is loved and put first all the time. Dad bases his life around son.
The times like this when mom puts son in second are just insult to injury. Making son want it even more. As the years have gone by, son wants more and more to be with dad. Shame on the court and everyone else for ignoring these moments and forcing themselves to believe that dad is setting mom up. It’s the opposite and always has been . Let the two boys have some peace !

Dad still has trouble getting evidence for defense to Emanuel M. electronically. It is clear that someone is once again interfering illegally online. So he drives to Emanuel’s office but the office is closed. He calls Emanuel and Emanuel tells him he can slide the folder under Emanuel’s office door.

Emanuel M. Tells dad he gives their chances of getting the OOP dropped , 90%!
May 23rd
OOP trial date
Emanuel tells dad he should take the deal right when dad arrives at the courthouse. Dad refuses. Mom’s lawyer shows clear anger when Emanuel tells her that they’re still going to trial. Dad, referee and mom come to a deal for extension of no contact, mom can’t use any of her old texts or “evidence” ever again and that the OOP will not limit the dad’s ability to go for full custody.
Dad is puzzled and asks if Emanuel saw the evidence. Emanuel says no and blames it on Dad for not getting it to him. Emanuel forgot that Dad slid the evidence under his door. The real reason Emanuel was so confident is because in normal circumstances, the OOP would’ve been dropped. But this is not normal and there are secrets.
Referee gives dad the idea to use a different device for the phone calls.
May 23rd afternoon
Dad calls CPS after referee advises it as something dad could possibly do.
CPS can’t take a report of the mental abuse the child has suffered lately but files a report on the alcohol abuse that they suffered from back in 2018-2019 era. The thought that CPS might have felt like they were responsible for not doing their job in 2022, seemed plausible.

CPS has interview with the child at school. Child tells them he wants to be with Dad and says everything Dad has been telling people for years.
This includes how mom has treated dad , how dad has tried with mom, how he feels about her bf and her mocking, about mom lying to him many times, about his mom putting an OOP on dad, how his mom misses all of his stuff, how dad makes all of his stuff, how hes never seen husband dad with alcohol, how he has seen alcohol many times at his mom and her parents house, how his mom gave up Christmas , came late to his b day, showed up at the parade to taunt his dad, threatened to call cops on dad, how mom blames dad for everything that he truly feels and things he has said on his own .

August
A CPS worker calls back and tells Dad they had another interview with the child and the child said he wants to be with both parents. She says the only thing they saw that was having an effect on me was the OOP. So already the deal has been violated.

Dad asks child if he had another interview with CPS . Child says no. Child convincingly has brought up this issue on his own multiple times since while saying that CPS lied about what he said after he told them the truth in the interview at school.
August
A cybersecurity expert that Dad is working with is contacted by Hypocrite/dad’s old friend. Hypocrite claims he was hacked.
This confirms even more that hypocrite is guilty and that hypocrite is already making excuses in preparation of being exposed. The same cybersecurity expert miraculously contacted by two people from the same town while one of them is clearly guilty does nothing but provide more evidence to support dad’s case.
August
Dad implements the child’s phone he bought the child as the device that both parents can call or text. Dad continues to block mom’s phone to avoid being provoked. The phone goes with the child when he goes with mom.

While driving to the store they are passed by mom coming to pick up child. She asks where they’re going. Dad tells her he needs to get ink so he can finish the petition. She says there is no reason dad had to go get ink now. Dad says “ actually there is a BIG reason”.

Mom takes child to a trampoline park . Then has her bf show up while child plays soccer in the soccer game area. The manipulation is unbelievable here and is explained below.
Child claims the bf and him didn’t say much to each other if anything. This makes it clear she is only concerned with showing they were around each other to trick the court into thinking the child is ok with the bf and that the child is just telling the dad what he wants to hear. OR… mom did it purposely because she knew the child would say something to the dad and this was a way to get the dad to focus on the bf rather than the hypocrite and her affiliation to the hacking as well as being exposed for cheating with the dad’s old friend.
The child told the dad this happened at the trampoline park 2 times after the OOP trial/deal.
August
Mom takes child to the mall to switch her phone and to tell the child she is getting married !
Yes to the man who mocked us. The child replied “ you’re getting married !????”, in disgust. Mom says “ yeah what’s wrong with me getting married”?
To this day child says the mom has not once talked to him about the engagement and his obvious signs of displeasure and disappointment. Another huge sign of manipulation here is that they barely know each other. A year of 1-2 days a week is not enough to really know someone. 1-2 days a week is a fairy tale and it makes the time in between of not seeing each other so often that the “ honey moon stage “ or “teenage love stage” persist. That’s if it’s not completely fake. Another great point is that mom never tried once for her family but can rush an engagement while her son doesn’t like the guy because of the moment he represents. This further crushes the dad and child inside because that is exactly how they feel until dad has time to think it through and see how it might all be fake. Even then, the feeling that they were not good enough for one solid effort, but hacking, cheating, manipulating, eavesdropping and provoking with an old friend of the dad’s was .

He explains that the insurance agent can be reinstated if he can receive his payment.

Dad goes out to Fillmore to insulate a shed for a lady named Jeanette Brighon. Jeanette didn’t have much money so dad gave her a great deal. When he arrives no one is there . Suddenly an RGnE van pulls up to disconnect their power.
Dad decides to leave with 75% of the job done because he didn’t like that no one was home and that Jeanette probably wouldn’t be able to pay . As he goes to leave Jeanette and her husband pull in. Jeanette sadly agrees that dad should probably leave and they will call him once they gave the money. Dad thinks about how he felt when RGnE did that to him and how the lady was trying to move into a shed to cut costs. Plus she would be freezing at night with no heat and no insulation. So dad turns around and starts working again . Jeanette comes out to dad and asks “ what are you doing “? Dad says “ i know how this feels for you and I’m not leaving you like this “, pay me when you can “. Dad knew he probably wouldn’t see a dime but he did it anyways .
Jeanette started crying and gave dad a HUGE hug like they knew each other forever. Two good people falling apart because of unfair circumstances hugging each other as gods children .

CPS investigates mom’s house (mom’s parent’s house)
June 17th
CPS comes to dad’s house and states that the fact is “the child wants to be with his Dad”. She also implies that she doesn’t think highly of the child’s mother and the mother’s parents. She also states the mother claimed the dad scared the child into stop playing baseball.
ANOTHER false allegation that he scared son into not playing baseball.
Dad was the one who signed him up . Dad is the one who signs him up for everything and fills in on the days mom can’t.

Mom requests to have son for 3 hrs on dad’s day. Dad says ok but requests that she picks son up 3 hrs later on her day to pick him up. She declines but offers dad 1 hr extra. Dad says “ ok then no deal”.

With only 15 minutes left until son gets picked up by mom, dad tells son he is not waiting another second and that they need to go right now to get more ink so dad can finish printing out the petition.
Dad and son pass mom on the way.
Mom texts dad and dad replies saying they are going to get ink so he can finish the petition and they will be right back.
Mom says “ it could’ve waited, no reason you had to go now”.
Dad says “ actually there is a BIG reason”.

Mom takes child to the mall to switch her phone⭐️ and to tell the child she is getting married !
Yes to the man who mocked them. The child replied “ you’re getting married !????”, in disgust. Mom says “ yeah what’s wrong with me getting married”?
To this day child says the mom has not once talked to him about the engagement again or about his obvious signs of displeasure and disappointment. Another huge sign of manipulation here is that they barely know each other. A year of 1-2 days a week is not enough to really know someone. 1-2 days a week is a fairy tale and it makes the time in between of not seeing each other become like the “ honey moon stage “ or “teenage love stage” when they do.
August 14th
After 3 years of no calls from Google or the dad’s website , dad gets 4 calls from customers on the day mom switches her phones.
August 15th
Mom declines dad’s requests for his vacation weeks out of spite.
Mom allows son to go on vacation with dad’s family and drops son off to dad’s mom.
Prior to this Dad asked mom if he can just keep son and use it as 1 of his vacation weeks for the summer. Mom declines and says that dad needed to send her his 2 weeks back in May, even though the agreement states the two parents are allowed to alter the order if both parties agree. So this serves as nothing more than pettiness and lack of care for the child. Proof of how she is more concerned with hurting dad than giving to her child. Proof that she has no intentions on coparenting and hasn’t changed one bit.

A text from mom to dad shows that mom has an iPhone now. After having an android for years. ⭐️
This is now believed to be a move made by mom because what should happen when the police get a professional pen test is they seize the criminals phone to run a forensics on it.
Dad calls CPS to see what’s going on with the investigation and when he will get the report.

Truck repossessed while Dad and child continue working on putting up a new pool.
Dad asks child to get something out of the truck. Child says the truck is gone. Sure enough… the truck was repossessed even though the finance company, ally financial, told dad he has time to try to get a dealership to buy it.
Dad calls his friend 86 to ask for the Camaro temporarily because of what just happened. 86 let’s dad get the Camaro back . REAL BROTHER RIGHT THERE
August 25th
Dad brings son’s Nintendo switch to mom and gets son’s phone back that she kept off while holding until dad found son’s Nintendo switch that her parents bought him. Dad searched the entire house until he found it in the basement so that he could still speak to his son.

Son tells dad about Robin walking in at trampoline park
Saying that he was playing soccer at the trampoline park while his mom watched. Then all of a sudden Robin walked in and sat down next to mom. Son said Robin barely said anything to son the entire time and that it was very uncomfortable for him. This made dad think they were doing it on purpose to provoke dad because they knew son would tell him or they were doing it on purpose to get some pictures to make it look like son was completely cool with Robin.
Dad tells son he can’t do anything because of the OOP. Later dad says he might be able to put an OOP on Robin. Dad asks if he wants him to . Son says “ yes , and one on my mom too”.
This was not the first time son said this. He told dad to try to put one on her a few times because of his mom threatening to call the cops on his dad for no good reason.

Dad lays out a plan for the next day that involves getting the Camaro registered, serving the petition and attempting the OOP before 2pm when mom comes to get son
August 28th early morning
Mom was 30 minutes late to the meet the teacher appt. Son and Dad saw her pulling in as they were leaving.
Dad and son go to the dmv to get the Camaro registered but dad forgot to bring the title
So because son REALLY wanted dad to put an OOP on his mom and time was running out before mom came to get son, dad chooses to go to print out copies needed to serve mom the petition.
August 28th around noon
So because son REALLY wanted dad to put an OOP on his mom and time was running out before mom came to get son, dad chooses to go to print out copies of the petition and then go to the sheriffs office downtown to have them serve mom.
The printing took forever and made them rush.
The copies got mixed up and dad frantically tried to get them in order as he knows that mom’s pick up time is in 30 minutes. Dad texts mom to tell her they will be late. As dad sorts out the papers, mom texts dad and threatens to call the cops AGAIN!
Son sees the text message and reads it to dad. This has always scared son because he doesn’t want anything to happen to his dad.
Dad and son race back. Dad tells son that after he drops him to his mom he will go back out and try to put the OOP on the bf for him. Son reminds dad , “ ok and please don’t forget my mom “.
On the way back dad gets pulled over by a state trooper.
The trooper needs updated insurance.
Dad calls his friend 86 who happens to be around the corner and brings a screenshot of the insurance. But it’s expired so 86 calls his wife to get the updated policy sent to him.
Meanwhile dad calls mom to tell them they are 3 minutes away.
Mom says she will come and get son.
As they wait for mom and the updated policy, someone parks about 100 years away and takes a photo of dad on one knee talking to son who is depressed that they didn’t get to the OOP. Son tells dad he REALLY doesn’t want to go with mom. Dad reassures him that it won’t be long and to stay strong . They look back to see if the lady taking a photo was still there and she was gone.
Mom shows up and son gives dad one more big hug, he says to dad “ please don’t forget about the order of protection on my mom”. Then says their usual departure statement “ lionheart level lionheart way “? Dad replied with “all day everyday “.
As son got in mom’s car , dad was in shock by how desperate son was for such a thing and knew he had to try.
The trooper finally got the insurance and told dad to immediately go back to the dmv to get things sorted and that the tickets should get tossed if he does.
After Dad got out of the dmv , there was no time to get back downtown and file an order of protection and he was still wasn’t sure if it would work so he called 911 to get advice.
Officer Gorman heard dad speak about all the times that mom tried to get dad arrested with her OOP and how it was affecting his son. Gorman suggested that in this case, he probably should try to put an OOP on mom.
August 29th
Dad returns to the dmv with the documents he needed to finally get everything settled. While in line CPS finally calls back and makes dad walk outside.
August 31st
Dad submits two discrimination reports
August 31st JCs party
Mom brought son to dad’s friend’s labor day party on Saturday. She was parked at the top of the hill. As dad walked up , son got out and ran down the hill to dad and leaped into dad’s arms in pure joy. Dad looked at mom from 20’ ft away as she looked back. They stared at each other for about 5 seconds as dad held son tight. Dad wanted to invite her down to the party but already did in text and the fear of her rejecting him verbally made him mute. But her stare made dad want to think she was still in love with him. Made dad want to think she was silently telling him she was trapped and to please save her. But dad felt this before and all his efforts were denied. He knew the denial would trigger him and then she’d use that as a way to make him look bad. So dad turned to walk towards the party and looked back, she put the car in drive and then looked back too. Then they repeated everything again right before the face he wanted to kiss for the rest of his days disappeared behind a bush.
