In December of 2024 , I had court hearings for custody, an OOP, and eviction. On January 21st, My son hugged the walls the last day we were in our home while he cried.

County espionage after being hacked into by my son’s mother’s affiliates. The affiliates deleted prime evidence I had that would’ve won my custody case. I have slowly found evidence throughout the years with very limited help because of constant monitoring and configurations that would block my customers online and perform man in the middle attacks on my leads from paid sources such as Angi ads, google ads, Microsoft ads, Angi leads, networx pros, Yelp and porch. Anything that would help me was blocked. There is a good chance you will be blocked as well. The only lawyers I get in contact with end up being allies of theirs. The child’s attorney in the first custody case  lied. So I filed a grievance on her. The judge sent out an order without my knowledge that appears to be for spying purposes. I didn’t find out about that until recently/two years later. The truth is , in 2022 my son's mom and her affiliates submitted illegal evidence and then I noticed the county spying on me by running a trace route on my internet which pinged to the county courthouse and public defenders office. In mid 2023,  I switched to commercial work.  I had two pretty big jobs that could’ve changed my life. These jobs were a threat to the criminals because they couldn’t stop it like they stopped things online and they knew big money would mean a forensic test and a big lawyer. So they coached my sons mom into purposely provoking me and even going as far as telling her to neglect my child just to get me to text her out of anger. Those texts led to an undeserved OOP as a tactic that was designed to screw me over if I ever went for custody again.  I still had hope after the first general contractor javen construction screwed me over by locking the gate so i couldn’t finish their project. They cost me well over $45k. Then with two weeks away from finishing the second project and $75k profit waiting, i was injured because the general contractor Christa construction purposely put stacks of drywall in my way. I caught the general contractor stealing my material and transporting it to another site before that. I also caught them in a fraudulent scam that they did with lowes on my material. With only 2 weeks left, I worked with one hand. When they saw that , they used a “breach of contract” against me for not paying my insurance as the reason to terminate me. All because of monroe county employees watching me and then making up lies about me and my company to force others like the general contractor to go against me. The unpaid insurance was reimbursed to them and not me. That’s about 18k right there. What’s worse is that the Christa wasn’t paying me so I could pay my insurance. I placed a mechanics lien on the property in august 2024. Monroe county and Christa construction have refused to let me get it. Shortly after that the sabotage was at an all time high. Every lead for residential work that was stolen or blocked can be traced back to specific individuals. Cyber security help and private investigations have supported these findings of specific people. However even they seemed to be associated to some of my enemies because they only seemed to want to go after certain information. What I really need is, someone who can diagnose all the logs I kept or someone who can subpoena places like Godaddy and Upwork for other logs I can’t get. These subpoenas would provide crystal clear information on everyone involved. My website was cloned and my customers were redirected to the clone site. All of these individuals I have proof of, relate to the first child’s attorney. 

In April of 2024, i had no choice but to file for emergency social services after Rochester gas and electric showed up to forcefully shut off the power when they knew i had no money. My emergency assistance application was altered. I requested a fair hearing , waited 8 months to finally get one. The hearing took place the day after the eviction hearing took place, go figure. The heap lady from Monroe county admitted that the app was altered but she didn’t know how. The ruling was reversed. Now we have proof of federal corruption. When I needed emergency services, my power was shut off, forcing my son and I to live at my mom's while I tried to get work and get help. This led to my landlord being hellbent on kicking us out, after paying rent for 7-8 years(covid crushed me as my business didn't get a ppp or eidl loan.) The landlord, Barb Kellar, who was clearly pouncing on her golden opportunity to crush my son and i, served me with a 90 day notice to quit, taking advantage of me while I was down from being attacked by multiple entities over a 1 year span.  In that time our basement flooded and thousands of dollars of damage occurred. Most importantly was tons of wasted time I had to spend cleaning out everything that soaked for two weeks in 1.5ft of water. Mold was inevitable. I ended up getting some jobs and tried to pay the landlord $3000. She refused. Then her and her lawyer claimed the reason was non payment. As I got proof of things, False allegations have made it near impossible to get any help from law enforcement and it looks like some of the cops have been participating in the sabotage. Probably because they think they are doing a good thing after they were told a bunch of false allegations. As the years went by my enemies started understanding my system and I believe they bought a branch from USA insulation who is nationwide. Here, along with a company called oaks construction my leads were passed to others. They even had me go to do some assessments that they didn’t know how to bid and then they came in and undercut me. I have proof of USA insulation posting pictures of my work on their site. All of this was designed to separate my child and I. Now in my new custody case I haven’t been able to get a lawyer because of the sabotaging. The court appointed me a lawyer who didn’t get back to me until 2 weeks until trial. So i took my last $2500 and paid a law firm that was helping me on the OOP which was still lurking after a year and a half because of text messages and false allegations. Clearly designed for obstructing justice. The court got rid of that law firm and blamed it on conflict of interest. Then they appointed me a new lawyer who was obviously sent to control what evidence I submitted. When I asked him to ask my son's mom if she or anyone affiliated hacked into my devices in December of 2021, he tried to play it off like it was a stupid idea. That’s because what it would do is prove that EVERYTHING my son and I went through for the past 3.5 years was because of criminal activity which was assisted by so many “ethical” people. He called me back about 20 minutes later and said he was dropping from the case while there was only a week and a half until trial. I found proof that the new child’s attorney is closely related to the old child’s attorney I put a grievance on. The new one, Lorna A. has been nasty as all hell, with countless moments of discrimination and psychological tactics to make the court think I am brainwashing my son. The truth is , she was getting frustrated with not being able to make my child say something other than he wants to be with his dad. I seriously wonder if this is because they are the ones who coerced my son's mom into doing the things she did, that were clearly designed to make me look like someone im not. These child attorneys have even replaced certain teachers and counselors at my son's school. All of the replacements relate back to the two child’s attorneys. They also got CPS to lie as well. Now we are way too deep for this to be exposed. But you know what, I don’t give a fuck. It’s getting exposed one way or another because they actually had the nerve to take my son away from me and give the criminally surrounded mother temporary full custody. They did this because they thought I wouldn’t represent myself. Then they saw me come into trial with two huge bags of evidence ready to get it on. Lorna A. claimed brainwashing. The judge went with it and demanded me to go to the public defenders office and get a PD. The first child’s attorney that I filed a grievance on, works as a public defender now. My old friend "hypocrite" and his mom have connections to a person inside the PDs office.  How do you think that’s going to work for me? 

The one good thing about not being able to talk to my son at all about court is that when he still says that he wants to be with me after 4 weeks where brainwashing was impossible, then what will they say? Is family court really a guaranteed family destroyer? Or is it as simple as , you better have a good lawyer?

I wonder if getting a lawyer for business sabotage is the better course of action. With this route i could prove parental alienation, business sabotage and corruption all in one shot, while possibly inheriting the millions that everyone stole from my business. The configurations being done on my phones and emails have made it impossible to find a law firm willing to represent my company on contingency. Every company involved is multi million-billionaire status. The other route would be filing for discrimination and defamation.  Add in county espionage and child protective services and child attorneys being responsible for parental alienation and child neglect while they assist criminals and hand the kid over to a mom surrounded by criminals!? Hopefully you are that law firm or someone who can help me get in touch with that law firm who will fight for my son, me and all the future families in my county.

Dad is no longer fighting for his son. He is fighting for his son and every future family that steps foot in a Monroe county family court room.
