Christa construction

Material fraud, insurance fraud, harassment, intent to harm, deliberate schemes to delay, didn't pay according to contract, schemed to terminate Dad's company when they ran out of options. They still haven't paid Dad a $38k mechanics lien he filed in monroe county clerk's office in august 2024. This was while they knew and monroe county knew Dad and son were facing eviction.

Javen Construction

Harassed Dad and his helpers. Material scam. Accused Dad of delaying other trades that purposely jumped tasks. Then when Dad got so far ahead, they held payment and made Dad wait 12 weeks before he could come back and blow insulation in the attic to finish the project. When he came back the drywall company STILL had half of the places Dad insulated to do! Then with only 2 hoiurs left of work, Javen locked the gate on Dad. With Christa's job starting and Mike seamanface sr already hounding Dad, Dad started the new project and waited for javen to call. They never did. Javen cost Dad's company at least $45. Dan scumway is a liar and scammer who preys on the elderly. He stole all of Dad's ideas and systems. He force logged his admin credentials on Dad's phone to try to cover up hacking his company previously did.
